GSDCA-WDA Breed Survey Entry Form Breed Survey Checklist Saturday, July 12, 2008 Breed Surveys and Judge's Dinner Sunday, July 13, 2008 All conformation classes Registration begins at 8:00am, with the show starting at 9:00am Please be aware that if you provide a microchip number as your dogs permanent identification, you MUST provide a reader to read the chip! Our Judge's dinner will be held at the Bigfoot Inn. All meals are pay on your own. Please let us know if you plan to attend the dinner so we have a head count to give to Bigfoot Inn. If you have mailed in an entry and have not received an email confirmation of entry receipt, please contact us so we can make sure your entry has been received and entered into the catalog.
